Pompi, whose real name is Chaka Nyathando, is a Zambian gospel musician and songwriter. He was born on April 11, 1987, in Ndola, Zambia.
Pompi’s interest in music started when he was a child, singing in church choirs and performing in local talent shows. He began his music career in 2011 when he released his debut album, “Mizu,” which received critical acclaim and established him as one of Zambia’s leading gospel artists.
